Your contributions will be instrumental in developing AI/ML solutions from discovery to delivery, elevating the performance and effectiveness of the WebBeds marketplace.Discovery and Design:Analyse problems and design solutions with fit for purpose AI/ML technology.Building AI/ML solutions:Prototype and advance machine learning and artificial intelligence products in multiple areas, such as forecasting, price optimization, outlier detection, and generative AI. Experiment with different techniques, algorithms, and tools to optimize model performance and accuracy.Creating Impact: Write production-ready code and work with software engineering colleagues to bring AI & ML solutions live that provide value for our customers and partners.CollaborationandCommunity contribution:Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization. Evangelize good practices of AI & ML development and usage. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.The skills we would love to see in your suitcaseBSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Experience developing fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions that created a measurable impact in industry or academia.Proficient in advanced AI/ML techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or contextual bandits, and experience applying them to real-world structured data (e.g., forecasting, ranking, or classification).Excellent working knowledge of Python, including common libraries and tools, such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
