Descrizione della mansione: L'Operation Assistant è responsabile del coordinamento e dell'ottimizzazione delle attività operative della holding, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici.Riporta al Direttore Generale e lo supporta nella messa a terra delle procedure aziendali e nella supervisione delle performance delle strutture (hotel e ristoranti), assicurando standard di eccellenza coerenti con il posizionamento premium del brand.Attività:Implementazione Procedure: Collaborare con la Direzione Generale per tradurre le linee guida strategiche in procedure operative chiare e applicabili.Controllo Performance: Monitorare KPI di hotel e ristoranti (occupancy, RevPAR, costi operativi, customer satisfaction, food cost) e proporre azioni correttive.Supporto alle Strutture: Fornire assistenza agli Hotel Manager ed ai responsabili di reparto per garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e di servizio.Ottimizzazione Processi: Analizzare flussi operativi e proporre soluzioni per migliorare efficienza, ridurre costi e aumentare la redditività.Gestione Progetti: Coordinare progetti trasversali (aperture, ristrutturazioni, implementazione nuovi sistemi) assicurando tempi e budget.Compliance & Sicurezza: Verificare il rispetto delle normative vigenti (HACCP, sicurezza sul lavoro, privacy) e delle policy interne.Formazione & Cultura Aziendale: Supportare la diffusione della cultura aziendale e dei valori del brand attraverso training e coaching operativo.Contribuisce alla formazione anche attraverso la costruzione di moduli formativi o manuali operativi.Requisiti:Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in contesti alberghieri 4/5 stelle in uno dei seguenti ambiti: Operation, F&B, Front/Back Office, Acquisti o HSELaurea in Economia, Hospitality Management o discipline affiniCapacità di analisi dei dati e utilizzo di strumenti di reportingConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseOfferta:Contratto full-time CCNL Turismo Alberghi Confcommercio (RAL *************)Premio annuale aziendaleServizio mensa
