Remote Operations Support Associate Role Overview We're hiring a Remote Operations Support Associate to help keep our records accurate and up to date across invoicing, billing support, order entry, CRM updates, and general data entry.This is a fully online role with flexible scheduling and clear, step-by-step tasks.Full training is provided.You do not need prior experience—if you can follow instructions and work carefully, you can succeed here.ResponsibilitiesInvoice & Billing SupportProcess and organize invoices, receipts, and payment-related recordsEnter billing details accurately and flag missing informationAssist with basic accounts payable / accounts receivable record updates (non-licensed support tasks)CRM & Customer RecordsUpdate CRM records (contacts, notes, statuses, tags, and activity logs)Perform routine record cleanup (correcting fields, formatting)Ensure customer and lead information is consistentOrder Entry & OperationsEnter and update orders in tracking tools and internal systemsVerify order details (names, quantities, dates, reference numbers)Support simple order status updates and confirmationsData Entry & DocumentationEnter, review, and verify information in spreadsheets and online toolsMaintain organized files and accurate documentationFollow defined workflows and submit tasks on timeTraining & SupportStep-by-step onboarding and guided practice tasksTemplates, examples, and clear quality standardsOngoing support for questions and process updatesFeedback on accuracy and consistency as you ramp upRequirementsComfortable using a computer, email, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)Strong attention to detail and accuracyReliable internet connection and consistent availabilityAbility to follow written instructions and meet deadlinesProfessional communication and willingness to learnNice to Have (Not Required)Experience with CRMsAny background in billing, invoicing, order processing, or admin supportWork StyleRemote / online work environmentFlexible schedule (you manage your availability)Task-based workflow with clear instructionsAdditional InformationSeniority level:Entry levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:AdministrativeIndustries:Information Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
