To strengthen our team, we are seeking support for our Italian branch in Milan at the earliest possible date.Underwriter Financial Lines (m/f/d)Let's talk about the role:As an Underwriter Financial Lines, you focus on profitable D&O underwriting, support business planning, and help strengthen relationships with brokers and clients.You contribute to internal collaboration, ensure proper risk documentation, and take on occasional project and development tasks.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Profit-oriented underwriting within the framework of the line-of-business guidelines and authorizations, in particular:Underwriting in Financial Lines with strong focus on D&O, in line with the strategy plan and regulatory requirementsSupport the development and delivery of the annual business planContribute to meetings to share knowledge and best practicesPromote the department, division, and company to maximize brand leverageEstablish and strengthen relationships with stakeholdersEnsure accurate recording of insurance risks and compliance with regulationsParticipation in intra-divisional and cross-divisional acquisition planningSupport and expansion of existing customer relationships, brokers, and company-affiliated intermediariesSpecial tasks, e.g., project tasks, business plans, or product development (wordings)Who are we looking for?Completed university degree and 2–5 years of professional experience in underwriting, ideally in the area of Financial LinesSolid project management expertise at an advanced level, including structured planning and efficient implementationStrong willingness to learn at an expert level, combined with high motivation to engage with complex subject mattersStrong customer orientation and the ability to build sustainable, trust-based business relationshipsExcellent team skills and enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams Awareness of sustainability and the ability to integrate relevant aspects into decisions and processesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsConfident presence in negotiations and a strong sense for economic interrelationsEntrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and assess risks soundlyHigh level of innovation and willingness to actively contribute new ideas and solutionsLanguage skills: Italian at C2 level, English at B2 levelWhat you can expect from us?We offer you a secure job with interesting tasks in a trusting working atmosphere with nice colleagues as well asAttractive Employee's benefits planFlexible working hours and mobile workingGreat employee offersDynamic company with flat structures and design optionsYou can send your application by clicking "Apply now" button.#J-*****-Ljbffr
