Manpower Permanent Professionalricerca per importante realtà industriale con sede aParma, un:Principali responsabilità:Gestire e garantire l'accuratezza dell'inventario, coordinando le attività di riconciliazione delle giacenze e supportando le operazioni di magazzino.Pianificare e coordinare gli inventari periodici presso tutti i magazzini.Gestire l'inventario dei prodotti finiti (FG) e le relative rettifiche tramite sistema SAP.Gestire le attività di fatturazione e riconciliazione di magazzino.Verificare l'allineamento tra stock fisico e stock a sistema dei materiali di imballaggio.Coordinare i ritiri dei materiali di packaging da parte dei clienti.Monitorare l'efficienza dei processi di selezione e l'utilizzo dei materiali di imballaggio.Preparare reportistica e analizzare i principali KPI di reparto.Gestire la raccolta di IBC e pallet vuoti e coordinarsi con i fornitori per i resi.Registrare eventuali reclami e predisporre la documentazione necessaria alla fatturazione.Redigere e condividere report, forecast, presentazioni a supporto delle decisioni operative.Monitorare i KPI di supply chain per garantire il rispetto delle esigenze produttive e degli obiettivi aziendali.Collaborare con il Supply Chain Manager per assicurare livelli di stock coerenti con le necessità produttive.Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Supply Chain.Ottima conoscenza della linguaitaliana e inglese.Ottima padronanza diExcel.Conoscenza diSAPe esperienza di almeno2 anniin ruoli analoghi (costituisce un plus).Spiccate capacità analitiche, di pianificazione e organizzazione.Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.Orientamento al cliente e attenzione agli aspetti di sicurezza.Proattività, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare nel rispetto delle scadenze.Orario di lavoro:(Sede produttiva attiva 7/7 su ciclo continuo)Tipologia contrattuale:Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.Competenze richieste:Team working e capacità relazionaliCultura della sicurezzaOrientamento al business e al clienteComunicazione efficaceFlessibilità e adattabilità al cambiamento#J-*****-Ljbffr
