As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company.Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.Work type: On-siteLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRelocation bonus offered for those applying from outside PortugalResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.RequirementsItalian C2 levelEnglish B2 levelStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.EU CitizenshipNo previous experience requiredPlease Upload your CV in English#J-*****-Ljbffr
