Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our teamOur team of over 250 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Construction Director with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of construction and projects of PV plants in Italy.The Director will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.Responsibility/DutiesOverall responsibility for Enfinity Global's construction operations in Europe, with a main focus on ItalyLeadership in supporting the Business Development team in opening up new technologies and countries, as well as supporting the Development team from the Single Authorization to the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phaseOversight of planning, scheduling, and execution of solar/BESS EPC projects in Italy, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining high-quality standardsMonitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actionsManaging project costs, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions to stay within budgetary limitsLeadership of the construction team (Project Managers and Site Supervisors), providing support, guidance, and mentoringDevelopment and implementation of new strategies to reduce construction costs in the Italian portfolioEnsuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the construction processKey RequirementsEngineering degree (preferable)Proven experience in managing business operations and overseeing EPC projects in the renewable energy sectorIn-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in ItalyDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teamsExcellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholdersFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and writtenIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusCompany Car#J-*****-Ljbffr
