Il Financial Accountant è responsabile della gestione dei principali processi finanziari dell'entità locale, con particolare attenzione alla contabilità fornitori, alle transazioni intercompany e al reporting finanziario. La posizione richiede solide competenze analitiche, precisione e capacità di collaborazione con diversi dipartimenti e interlocutori internazionali, al fine di garantire dati finanziari accurati e report tempestivi.Responsabilità principaliContabilità FornitoriElaborare e verificare le fatture dei fornitori (UE ed extra-UE).Monitorare ordini di acquisto aperti e riconciliare accantonamenti.Coordinare pagamenti settimanali e dichiarazioni Intrastat mensiliIntercompanyRiconciliare saldi intercompany e gestire trasferimenti di cassa.Supportare le riconciliazioni e la chiusura contabile di fine mese.Comunicare con entità internazionali e team di tesoreria.Reporting & CompliancePreparare report finanziari mensili, trimestrali e annuali.Garantire la conformità alle normative interne e supportare audit.Mantenere documentazione di controllo e supportare revisioni interne.CollaborazioneLavorare a stretto contatto con centri servizi, banche, dipendenti e management per risolvere problematiche e mantenere registrazioni accurate.RequisitiLaurea in discipline economico-finanziarie (Contabilità, Finanza, Economia).Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in contabilità fornitori, processi intercompany e contabilità generale.Preferibile esperienza in ambienti manifatturieri.Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (scritto e parlato).Capacità analitiche e di problem solving, attenzione ai dettagli.
