Temporary Senior Accountant (Freelance - p.iva) Haysappcast.ioReporting to the Local Controller, theTemporary Senior Accountantis responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely generation of the financial statements and management reports.TheSenior Accountantwill assist the entity Finance Team and will be mainly responsible for daily accounting tasks related toAccounts Payable ,Accounts Receivable ,Fixed Assets , tax returns elaboration, and specific month end closing tasks.DutiesAccounts payable .Registration and supervision of suppliers' invoices.Preparation of weekly suppliers' payment and accounts payable accounting.Accounts receivable .Registration and supervision of customers receipts, customer collections follow up, accounts receivable accounting.Fixed assets : additions, disposals and monthly depreciationMonthlypayrollbookingVAT monthly preparationF24 payments usingDesktop TelematicoMonthlyclosing tasksSpecific supervision of the localJunior AccountantGeneral Ledger monthlyaccounts reconciliationsRequirementsBachelor's degree inEconomicsor Diploma inAccountingMinimum proven5 yearsexperience in required responsibilities described aboveTechnical knowledge ofItalian GAAPAdvanced English level due to constant verbal and written interaction with HQ and other European SubsidiariesAbility to multi-task and work well independentlyAdvanced use ofExceland otherMicrosoft OfficeproductsNice-to-havePrior experience within a multinational company would be beneficialOracle ERP knowledge would be a plusOtherPlace of work:Milan Centre-hybrid(2 days/week on-site)Full time , preferably with immediate availabilityFreelancers are highly welcomed.#J-*****-Ljbffr
