Join to apply for the Technology Engineer (m/f/d) role at Alpitronic. 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and assess emerging assembly technologies relevant to future products and processesTranslate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable processesDefine process and site requirements, equipment needs, personnel qualification requirements and quality targetsMonitor trends in automation, joining, packaging, and digital manufacturingPlan and execute pilot projects, prototypes, and trialsConduct simulations and lab-scale trials to evaluate new technologiesPerform risk, cost, and maturity assessments (e.g., TRL, MRL)Contribute to the creation of technology standards across product familiesCollaborate with universities, research institutes, and suppliers on technology developmentQualifications & SkillsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Automation Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious professional experience in technology development, advanced manufacturing, or process engineering (preferably in high-tech industries)Strong knowledge in make or buy analysis and definition of industrialization and production conceptsStrong knowledge of assembly and joining technologies for electronical components on PCBs (e.g., SMT assembly, THT, soldering, adhesives, ultrasonic, etc.)Experience in running feasibility studies, prototypes, and pilot projectsKnowledge of safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and IP protection strategiesExcellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantageOur CommitmentInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWhy AlpitronicTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
