Bilingual Senior Sales Specialist (Italian /English)The Collecting Group (TCG) isn't your average company; we're a team of culture curators who live and breathe cars and watches.We are redefining the auction industry and expanding globally.Join us as a Bilingual Senior Sales Specialist in London, Paris, Munich, Milan, or the Netherlands.MissionHelp foster relationships and deliver excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally.Develop long-lasting partnerships while contributing to revenue growth and product development in a fast-moving, innovative company.ResponsibilitiesServe as the dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process, coordinating end-to-end activities from pre-sales through to post-sales.Communicate and build client relationships to foster long-term repeat business.Research values of collectible cars, analysing industry trends to inform pricing decisions and determine competitive market reserves.Manage the full consignment process, including administration tasks and photography arrangements.Continuously build your network and bring in new business opportunities for the Collecting Group.Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customer data from prospect to auction close.Participate in external events to build brand awareness.Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support overall success.QualificationsPrior experience in a sales-based role with a proven record of meeting revenue goals.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take the initiative to close sales.Open-minded and inquisitive, constantly seeking opportunities for growth.Skilled at negotiating sale terms with customers.Commercial yet customer-first mindset, delivering excellent service that builds reputation and referrals.Assured telephone manner with the ability to achieve high call volumes.Ability to research and absorb information quickly to identify suitable vehicles from multiple high-resolution images.Attention to detail and an investigative approach.Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.Fluency in English and Italian.Benefits25 days holiday (plus an additional day each year after two years of tenure).Private medical insurance for you and your family (UK).Company pension contribution (UK).Fast-paced, high-energy sales team.Learn negotiation and sales skills while onboarding clients and listings.Thrill of auctions and the opportunity to chase deals to sell cars.Interact with high-value customers and learn more about vehicles.Attend amazing automotive and watch events.Ready to shift gears?Apply now and help build the future of The Collecting Group.#J-*****-Ljbffr
