ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOWCustomer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
