Would you like the opportunity to work in a dynamic innovative role?Are you passionate about building relationships and ensuring customer success?Join our teamOur Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector.We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services.Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestThe Fulfillment Specialist will own all the parts/materials operations relevant to the assigned area/region and will be committed to delivering the expected sales and customer service level across the region.He/she will be the primary interface with PL and will be responsible for driving the achievement of the area/region financial targets from an execution standpoint.As Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for:Being the primary interface with P&L for all operations aspects.Representing fulfillment function in all related meetings of the assigned area/region (including internal PSI and customer reviews).Collecting business/customer needs, setting priorities and translating them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.).Owning the sales plan execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitment and leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities.Identifying and executing material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability.Owning relevant operations KPIs (OTD, OVD, lines, and aging).Driving simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Fluency in written and spoken English.Strong communication and influencing skills.Clear-thinking, problem-solving skills along with a process-improvement driven mindset.BS in Engineering preferably; other technical degrees are also accepted.Basic knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management.Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas products, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors and Reciprocating Compressors and related production processes is preferred.Green Belt or Black Belt certified.Other foreign languages are appreciated.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.We invest in the health and well-being of our workforce, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels to bring out the best in each other.Working for youJoin us, and you can expect:Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programmes.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
