L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing high-performing talent who are passionate about what they do.Our employees are unified in a shared dedication to our customers' mission and quest for professional growth.L3Harris provides an inclusive, engaging environment designed to empower employees and promote work-life success.Fundamental to our culture is an unwavering focus on values, dedication to our communities, and commitment to excellence in everything we do.L3Harris Technologies is the Trusted Disruptor in the defense industry.With customers' mission-critical needs always in mind, our employees deliver end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security.About L3Harris Technologies:L3Harris Technologies is an agile global aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs.The company provides advanced defense and commercial technologies across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains.L3Harris has approximately $18 billion in annual revenue and 47,000 employees, with customers in more than 100 countries.Job Description:The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and consolidating a portfolio of strategic programs and initiatives across the organization.This role ensures effective planning, execution, and reporting of program activities to the Sector/BU leadership team.The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of results.She/he will be responsible to coordinate other potential intercompany teams (i.e. UK and Canada) to provide a consolidated reporting at Sector Level.She/he will be responsible to collect and consolidate all the program data and KPIs, performing critical and proactive analysis.Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination & ExecutionManage and oversee program plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives over the managed portfolio.Facilitate alignment between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.Consolidation & GovernanceConsolidate program data, risks, KPIs, and progress updates across the portfolio.Ensure compliance with organizational and sector-specific standards.Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for Sector/BU leadership.Act as the communication interface between operational teams and Sector leadership.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate portfolio-wide risks and issues.Coordinate corrective actions and escalation processes when necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fieldMinimum 7–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management in complex, cross-functional environments.Proven experience consolidating information across multiple programs and presenting to executive stakeholders.Proficiency in financials and good practice with Earned Value Management system and program planningStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI, ERP).Certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is a plus.Preferred Additional Skills:Fluency in English and in Italian#J-*****-Ljbffr
