We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow.We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than ***** people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Purpose of the JobTo ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP's package.To ensure that WP QCD commitment is properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basisSupports the Work Package Owner in the controlling/financial management of his Work Package and help in identifying risks in advance.Position in the OrganisationThe WPC is member of Finance organization.The WPC reports hierarchically to the Head of WPC.Key Network & LinksWorks closely with WP ownersWorks closely with Project Controllers and the PlatformsWorks often with Head of DepartmentsSite ControllerProject TeamMissionPerformance MeasurementEnsure accuracy of Quality and Costs data.To review and validate in full transparency the QCD performance reported in the WP vs the commitment to be deliveredChecks input for the Reference library loop-back process for the cost elementsRespect of ALSTOM rules & processesQuality of variance analysisReporting is accurate and on timeSatisfaction of WP ownersAccountabilitiesWP actuals and engaged costsWP @ completionWP cash outResponsibilitiesSupport the Work Package Owner in the financial management of his Work PackageSupport the WP Owner in the WP Review with the project/PlatformCalculate the WP costs since Situation 0.Prepare and review WP Report: Actuals & cost at completion, ensure individual risks are properly assessed and mitigation plans in placeReview and analyse WP working capital (inventories in particular)Provide all WP finance reporting (WP Reporting in particular)Is the interface with the Project Controller (Region) for all WP financial issuesAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.We are committed to encouraging our employees to reach their full potential, while valuing and respecting them as individuals.#J-*****-Ljbffr
