Responsibilities Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including demolition, earthworks, foundations, structural works, and mechanical and electrical installationsEnsure all construction activities comply with local, regional, and national regulations, particularly those related to environmental protection, permitting, and health and safetySupervise and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is executed according to design, schedule, and quality standards.Act as the main point of contact between engineering, procurement, environmental, and construction teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.Integrate environmental considerations into construction planning and execution, ensuring all activities are consistent with permit conditions and sustainability goalsMonitor and report on construction progress, managing schedules and budgets, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Enforce safety standards and procedures on site, promoting a culture of safety and quality across all activities.Liaise with regulatory agencies, local authorities, and community representatives as needed to ensure transparent and effective communication.#J-*****-Ljbffr
