Social network you want to login/join with:LELIT srl is an Italian company specialized in the design and manufacture of prosumer coffee machines and ironing systems for domestic use.The business was founded in **** and has gained popularity and importance over the years and today it counts about 170 employees, of which 70% are women.In **** LELIT srl has joined the Australian Breville|Sage Group limited.LELIT transforms your passion into performance.We are smart, ambitious and determined.Our focus is on people and on enhancing their talents, that is why working with us is an opportunity of personal growth and success.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a new team member to join our Marketing Departement as a Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).The selected candidate will play a key role in managing the team, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring alignment between departmental actions and the strategic priorities set by the company's leadership.In an initial phase, this role will temporarily cover the responsibilities of the CMO during her maternity leave, reporting directly to the CEO.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Drive multi-disciplinary, multi-regional, and multi-brand marketing strategies in line with the company's vision and the CMO's priorities.Supervise the daily operations of the marketing team.Verify alignment between the team's operations and the strategic guidelines defined by the Executive Leadership and the CMO.Provide direct support to the CMO in cross-functional projects, interdepartmental meetings, and international collaborations with BRG Group Business Units.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), produce regular reports, and optimize marketing activities based on performance and business objectives.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost tracking.YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:A degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial or coordination position.Proven experience in managing marketing initiatives across different countries or regions.Strong command of tools for digital marketing, CRM, data analysis, and project management.Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.Outstanding leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.Good knowledge of Italian (C1).Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).WHY JOIN US?Permanent employment contract with direct placement in the company.Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday workweek) with the option, after one year with us, for remote work.Psychological support through counseling and well-being content available on our e-learning platform.English lessons via the Preply platform.Use of AI to support daily tasks.Continuous learning through our E-learning platform.Team-building activities and company events.Tailor-made career development plans.Do you think this could be you?Then send us your CV, we can't wait to meet you.LELIT is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
