Content Marketing & Community - InternshipWho we are & vision:Pacini Group, real estate advisory, hospitality development & hotel management, has been creating projects dedicated to the art of hospitality with experience, commitment and creativity for over 20 years.In the development of the project we follow all the phases, from asset strategy to hotel management, using a multidisciplinary approach and an unconventional vision.Passion and creativity are the pillars of the group, applied with constant commitment to the search for always innovative creations.Mission: We are looking for a young, curious and motivated intern to join our marketing team.The selected candidate must have the following characteristics:Responsabilities:Supporting in the management of the reputation online of the hotel Support the department in implementing and developing digital, website, newsletter and social media activities of the Headquarters' social media platformAssisting in the development of the social media calendar for the hotel of the groupSupport in the organization and handling of photo/video shootingsSupporting the team in the creation of presentationsSkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian both verbal and writtenCreativity and a passion for crafting memorable experiencesGood to copywrite for captions and b2c communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platformsIntermediate knowledge of photo/video editing toolsProficiency with Canva and Adobe Suite (photoshop, acrobat e ecc)Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in social media managementInterest in the fashion, beauty & design areaPassionate about social media, storytelling, and content marketing
