Full Stack Developer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling complex problems and shipping features that drive meaningful impact.You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-powered educational products designed to reshape how individuals learn and develop.Your work will emphasize excellence in execution, with a focus on building systems that are scalable, sustainable, and results-driven.Products You'll Work OnTeachTap: An AI-driven platform that animates historical figures in a TikTok-style learning format.TeachTales: A personalized storytelling tool that captivates students and enhances their understanding.TimeBack: A proactive learning assistant that integrates seamlessly with existing applications to guide students.Athena: An AI-powered solution that generates instructional videos and assessments to produce measurable academic gains.What You Will Be DoingDesign and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Drive user stories from concept through delivery; clarify specifications, architect scalable systems, implement both backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production.Diagnose and Resolve Defects: Perform root-cause investigations on issues and address underlying problems to prevent regressions through intelligent test coverage.Elevate Code Standards: Conduct thorough reviews of technical plans and code submissions to ensure clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating.What You Won't Be DoingCrafting pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures for complexity's sake alone.Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem context.Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating across teams.Merely delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine user problems.Key ResponsibilitiesApplying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains maintainable over the long term.Basic RequirementsA minimum of 4 years of experience developing production-grade code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework-agnostic).Proven ownership mindset: Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams—not just executing isolated tasks.Self-directed execution: Capability to unblock yourself, manage your own workflow, and navigate ambiguity effectively.Practical experience integrating generative A.I. into your daily development workflow.About LearnWith.AILearnWith.AI is an edtech startup that leverages AI and subject matter experts to cultivate a new way of learning.Our unique approach leverages 50+ years of learning science, cutting-edge data analytics and AI-powered coaching to help students learn more, learn faster, and learn better—and have fun while doing it.We are a remote-first company that hires globally via Crossover.Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.The payment period is weekly.Consult for more details on this topic.#J-*****-Ljbffr
