ResponsibilitiesManage the allocated budget and promptly address any extra expensesEnsure that the entire product development process takes place within the timeframe agreed with the customer, according to the established margins and quality levelsAccording to the specific characteristics of the project, ensure the most favourable terms and conditions are applied and respected, adjusting the customer\'s contribution in terms of both capital and operating expensesPlan projects using Gantt charts, improve critical delivery times and resolve any unforeseen event promptlyReport project progress and measure overall performance (KPI\'s in place)Anticipate risks and implement recovery actionsTrain the team and stakeholders on all relevant procedures and processes in order to improve efficiency and effectivenessFacilitate internal communicationMotivate the Project Team and improve teamworking dynamicsAnalyze lesson learned to support process improvementQualificationsMaster\'s Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, or similar) or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years\' previous experience in structured metalworking and mechanical engineering companies in similar positionsKnowledge of Project Management tools and MS Office, SAP & MS ProjectKnowledge of APQP processProject Management SkillsBasic knowledge of mechanical power transmissionsLeadership and teamwork skillsProblem-solving and proactive approachAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFluent EnglishWorkplaceReggiolo (RE) - Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
