Overview Founded in ****, Impact Acoustic is a pioneering Swiss company specializing in tailored, high-design acoustic solutions.Serving renowned clients worldwide, the company is redefining the future of acoustic absorbers through innovation, sustainability, and circular design principles.Impact Acoustic is a sustainability pioneer, using recycled materials and actively advocating for a global ban on PET bottles.In ****, the company was recognized by BILANZ as one of Switzerland's most innovative companies.With over 180 employees, Impact Acoustic operates from its headquarters in Lucerne, with production facilities in Milan, San Diego, and Manila, and business development teams across Europe, the Americas, Middle East, and Asia.As Operational Controller, you will be a key performance partner to our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the global operations leadership team.Based in Mezzago, Italy, with responsibility across multiple international production sites, you will drive operational transparency, performance improvement, and cost discipline throughout our global manufacturing network.Your role is to identify inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and translate operational data into clear insights, concrete actions, and measurable results.You will play a central role in strengthening Operational Excellence, standardizing KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Partnering & Operational TransparencyAct as a trusted sparring partner to the COO, plant managers, and operations leaders on performance, efficiency, cost, and improvement topicsEstablish and continuously improve standardized operational KPIs, reporting structures, and controlling processes across all production sitesPrepare concise, decision-oriented management reports and presentations for the executive teamOperational Performance Management & ImprovementIdentify slow, inefficient, or error-prone processes and proactively propose data-driven improvement measuresAnalyze, harmonize, and continuously optimize global operational KPIs, including productivity, throughput, scrap, rework, lead time, and capacity utilizationIdentify cost drivers, operational risks, and performance gaps across the global production networkContinuous Improvement & Operational ControllingChallenge and support plant managers with clear analyses, insights, and actionable recommendationsSupport global Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives with robust performance trackingMonitor production performance, margins, variances, and inventory levels; analyze deviations and explain root causes at group levelSupport global budgeting, forecasting, and long-term operational planning processesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with production, procurement, logistics, quality, engineering, and group controlling teams worldwide to ensure alignment and execution excellenceYour profileDegree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Controlling, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in operational controlling, operational excellence, or performance management within an international manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of production processes and operational KPIs across multiple sitesProven ability to identify inefficiencies and translate complex data into clear, practical improvement actionsStrategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approachExcellent analytical skills with a strong business orientationAdvanced Excel skills and solid ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)Fluent English is mandatory; German is an advantageWillingness to travel internationallyConfident communicator with the ability to work effectively with senior managementWhy us?International, fast-growing company with short decision paths and high transparencyHigh level of responsibility and direct exposure to executive managementModern and flexible working environmentMotivated, ambitious colleagues and a flat organizational structurePurpose-driven company committed to sustainability, circularity, and climate neutrality#J-*****-Ljbffr
