At ARAV Group , international fashion group behind iconic brands such as John Richmond, Silvian Heach and Richmond X , we are developing RICHMOND HOME , a new luxury interiors & lifestyle project with an international positioning.For this reason, we are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer with a strong focus on luxury design and a tech-forward, AI-driven creative approach .We are looking for vision, taste and personality .A profile capable of defining and coordinating a clear creative direction across: – furniture – wallpapers – surfaces & tiles – tableware – home textiles – decorative accessories Key responsibilities Creative design and development of the Richmond Home collection (interiors, objects, textiles, lifestyle products); Researchon trends, materials, colours and inspiration consistent with the DNA of the brand ; Creationof moodboards, concepts and creative presentations; Development of technical sheets and support in the prototyping phase; Collaborationwith manufacturers, suppliers and licensees for sampling and production; Coordination with creative direction, product and style teams; Use of AI tools as a creative accelerator in concept development and design processes.Profile Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion/Product Design or related fields ; Experience inluxury interiors, lifestyle, home or fashion-related sectors (preferred); Strong aesthetic sensitivity and trend awareness; Excellent skills in creative tools (Adobe Suite, presentation tools, etc.); Interestand competence in AI applied to design ; Structured, proactive and able to manage complex creative projects; Comfortable working with international partners and licensees .
