OverviewDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro We are seeking a Boat Sales Representative to join our team at Huntsville Marine on HWY 60.Specializing in Princecraft, Barletta, Mastercraft, and Bayliner.This is a full-time position with a base salary, excellent commission structure and generous benefits package.Position Overview: Join a growing team of experienced sales professionals at an award-winning dealership located directly on a world class lake.As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for assisting qualified buyers through the sales process pipeline and closing the sale through relationship building, expertise, and friendly customer service.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.Delivering an elevated sales experience, outstanding customer service, and quality operational expectations.Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals set through collaborative discussions, and head office direction.Maintaining personal, productivity, and training goals.Connect with every lead through consistent communication channels and follow ups with immediacy.Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs.Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge.Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.Provide in-depth and knowledgeable on-the-water orientations and water tests with clients in a professional manner.Work at designated shows and special events promoting Walkers Point Marina and the brands we carry with the goal of sales and lead generation.Peak season on-site attendance required weekdays and weekends, with flexible hours in the off-months.Qualifications2+ years of direct-to-consumer sales with Marine Sales an asset.Marine knowledge a must (either through personal experience or industry knowledge).Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience.Motivated to achieve great results because of your enthusiasm to create relationships and interacting with customers and high-end recreational products.Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision and independently turns leads in to sales.Grow with usBecome a collaborative member of our sales team with the goal of elevating each other.How to ApplyIf you are comfortable curating a high-end sales experience, selling the best boat brands, and cultivating relationships with customers located on Muskoka's most prominent lakes, then contact us todayPlease submit your resume, a cover letter, and any relevant certifications to To apply for this position, please complete our online application and submit your resume.#J-*****-Ljbffr
