FRANCHISE BP SENIOR CONTROLLER - CONSUMER HEALTH CAREOur client is one of the leading international players in the field of innovative patient solutions and healthcare.The company's values are embedded in the organization and foster a positive, dynamic and people-centered work environment that empowers individuals.The company is truly committed to developing its strategies by enhancing skills and creating impactful roles, and in this specific phase of business growth the Finance Department is looking for the Senior Business Controller.The position, part of an innovative and dynamic Finance team, will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and providing strategic support to the Consumer Health Care (CHC) Business Unit and across the other central financial functions.The Senior Business Controller will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring financial excellence, optimizing performance, and driving strategic decision-making aligned to the company's mission of improving patients' lives.Key responsibilitiesStrategic business partneringPerformance monitoring and KPI managementFinancial management, analysis and reportingCost control and optimizationCompliance and process improvementQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; a master's degree (e.g., MBA) and professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are a strongThông.Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.Strong experience in financial analysis, business controlling, and business partnership roles, acquired in international Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare companies characterized by global and/or matrix organization.Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP).Excellent understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills through sustainable and innovative ideas.Managerial & Human SkillsVery strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at high organizational levels.Strong leadership with proven experience in driving and accelerating transformative change.People agility combined with a strong cross-functional mindset to work effectively both locally and globally.LocationRomeThe position is smart-working eligible.Relocation allowance provided, if necessary.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesWholesale Drugs and Sundries#J-*****-Ljbffr
