Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroRedcare Department: Category ManagementRemote Type: Category ManagementCompany Description – As Europe's No.1 e-pharmacy, Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and cutting-edge innovation.We strive to create a healthy, collaborative work environment where every employee feels valued and inspired to contribute to our vision "Until every human has their health".If you're seeking a career that offers purpose and aligns with your values, join us and begin your #Redcareer today.About the roleAs Senior Category Manager Italy (m / f / d), you will play a key role in shaping and driving the category management strategy for the Italian market.With a strong market presence and significant growth potential, you'll have the opportunity to further develop and optimize our product portfolio.Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll focus on maximizing category performance while leading and mentoring other Category Managers dedicated to Italy.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the product portfolio, developing assortment and market positioning strategies.Ensure category targets are met, improving product presentation with a customer-centric approach.Define and manage key performance targets in collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous optimization of category performance.Oversee strategic and operational projects, collaborating with different departments to enhance category performance.Monitor and analyze market trends to refine and adapt category strategies.Lead and develop the Category Management team for Italy, providing strategic direction and support.QualificationsAcademic background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong experience (min. 5 years) in Category Management, experience in e-commerce.Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels, in Italian as well as English (At least first).Professional leadership experience.Additional InformationYou can work remotely a lot if you prefer, but you should be able and willing to come to our office in Settala (near Milan) around twice per week.In addition, you are open to meeting with the international team in Cologne (Germany) once a month – all travel costs to Germany will, of course, be fully covered.Benefits:Welcome days – a specific onboarding program to make you comfortable from day one.Mental health – quick professional help from psychologists if you feel overwhelmed, anonymously and free of charge.Smart working – hybrid work schedules with the possibility of working remotely when the job does not require you to be onsite.Redcare Events – team and corporate events to celebrate our successes together.Training and personal growth – continuous learning through internal and external trainings and workshops.Employee discount – discounts in our webshop.#J-*****-Ljbffr
