About Safety Compliance and Environmental ExcellenceWe are seeking a motivated professional to support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with international health and safety regulations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of HSE and learn how safety programs are implemented within a dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.Organize and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.Monitor and manage safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.Cultivate a safety culture and awareness among employees.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.Genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Fluent in both Italian and English.Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is a valuable plus.What We Offer:A challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development.
