CRO & UX/UI SPECIALIST Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry.While retaining its DNA, Diesel has evolved into premium casual wear and is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.OverviewAt Diesel, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CRO & UX/UI Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for optimizing our digital platforms to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and drive business growth.The expertise in CRO techniques, UX research, interface design, and data analysis will be crucial in shaping our online strategies.ResponsibilitiesConduct performance analysis of user behaviors, conversion funnels, and website landing using web analytics toolsIdentify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven proposals to optimize website elements, landing pages, and conversion pathsDesign and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and make data-informed decisions to improve user experience and conversion rateLead the design process, from the research to interaction and testingDesign user flows, create wireframes, prototypesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, merchandising & CRMMonitor online performance metrics, conversion rate and user feedback to identify areas for further optimization and prioritize initiatives accordinglyCollaborate with stakeholders to communicate effectively CRO e UX insights, results and recommendationsStay updated with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in CRO e UX design to improve online performance continuouslyRequirementsDegree in web marketing or digital communication field3+ years of experience in a UX/UI role (better if on e-commerce platforms)Be responsible and organized with the ability to work on multiple projectsKnow how to work with a Design SystemBe proficient in technology with a focus on mobileSkilled in communicationExcellent problem-solving skills and data-driven mindsetHave a great experience with FigmaHave a great experience with UX toolsBe proficient in EnglishDesirablesTechnology and systems architecture knowledgeKnowledge of coding is an advantage (you will not be required to code)Have an experience with ContentsquareFormal UX qualificationsParticipates in the UX communityItalian language knowledgeLocationLocation:Breganze/Milano#DSL #LI-AR#J-*****-Ljbffr
