About Venchi Founded in **** by Silviano Venchi, Venchi has become a global leader in chocolate and gelato, blending Italian tradition with a commitment to craftsmanship and well-being.With over 145 years of history, Venchi offers more than 350 chocolate recipes and 90 gelato flavors, adhering to the highest quality standards while embracing the principles of the Mediterranean diet.The company focuses on enhancing life quality, social connections, and environmental respect through its products.Supported by over 1,600 employees, Venchi operates more than 180 stores in over 70 countries, with headquarters in Milan, a factory in Cuneo and 4 regional offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, and Beijing.Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Director EMEA to join our team based in CuneoYou will take ownership of the financial planning and analysis process of the EMEA region, ensure robust financial reporting, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business through insightful performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous process improvement.Key Responsibilities Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) of the EMEA region : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in accordance with Group accounting standards and Italian GAAP.Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.Performance Monitoring : Develop and monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to drive operational efficiency and profitability.Risk Management & Compliance : Identify financial risks and ensure robust internal controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to corporate governance standards.Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Cash Flow & Treasury Management of the EMEA region : Investment Analysis & Capital Allocation of the EMEA region : Drive automation, streamline financial processes, and champion the adoption of digital tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications At least 10 years of experience Knowledge of financial metrics and accounting Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Advanced proficiency in financial analysis software tools Proficiency in English is a must Strong communication skills and ability to be team builder and of course, a chocolate and gelato loverBenefits Annual results-based bonus, with the option to convert it into welfare benefits.Access unlimited world-class content on a customized learning platform empowering you to continually grow and embody Venchi's value of curiosity and excellence.Dedicated training plans for the development of your soft skills.Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.Tickets restaurant, access to two comprehensive welfare platforms, and additional private health insurance to enhance your personal well-being.Join us at Venchi and help us bring the Italian way of life and delicious flavours to every corner of the world#J-*****-Ljbffr
