Junior Sales Development RepresentativeOverIT descriptionOur mission is to support customers keeping our communities warm, safe, and running sustainably.We make this possible, providing our customers with the best-of-breed Field Service Management software platform specifically designed for linear asset management, and relying on our industry experts and cutting-edge technologies.A career at OverIT means unleashing your potential in a high-growth and high-energy environment.Moreover, it will open the doors to a SaaS company committed to becoming a global leader in FSM while enhancing your potential in a great place to work.We are committed to growing along with our customers and partners, inspiring talents, and giving back to the community.We rely on four core values: trust, customer success, excellence, and simplicity.Job OverviewOverIT is seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Development Representative based in Udine to join our growing team in Italy.The Sales Development Representative is part of our sales frontline, the point of reference for those individuals who enter into contact with OverIT and our services for the very first time.It operates in line with our Field Sales organization and collaborates with Senior AEs responsible for driving awareness and pipeline generation within specific territories.As a Junior Sales Development Representative at OverIT, you will closely work with the Sales and Marketing teams to strategically target accounts and convert your outreach efforts into validated opportunities, before engaging the senior sales teams for deal closure.Key Responsibilities:Cooperate with the Sales and Marketing teams;Leverage outbound sales channels such as LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate qualified leads;Assess prospects and set up follow-up meetings between prospects and Account Executives;Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads;Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry and competition trends;Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements;Build and develop customer relationships for both opportunity engagement as well as longer-term cooperation;Handle and overcome prospect objections successfully;Update leads, accounts, and contact information in HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate territory forecasts.Required Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent;Fluent in English both spoken and written;Previous experience in a similar SaaS environment, tech recruitment, sales or customer service departments;Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools, e.g., MS Office, email, voicemail, LinkedIn;Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills;Can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt to change and a constant desire to learn and improve;Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of activities, always ensuring high-quality results;Positive mindset and self-starter approach to work equally well under your own initiative or in teams with various seniority levels across multiple departments as on your own;Desire to explore and make the most of new technologies to maximize results;Ability to challenge yourself in finding new concepts and ideas to further increase your conversion rates.Nice to have:Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics;Previous exposure to sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, SalesLoft, Outreach, Xant, or equivalent.Location: UdineWhy join us:Location flexible approach: We encourage our employees to be in the office as much as possible while maintaining a flexible hybrid approach.The ideal candidate would be willing to work from the Udine office around 3 times a week;Learning Path: since we advocate continued learning, you will have free access to the e-learning platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, and Fluentify) and participation in the training courses;Competitive salary based on experience;Stimulating, young, innovative, and global working environment to unleash your full growth potential.At OverIT we value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, ethnicity, or place of origin.#J-*****-Ljbffr
