We're Hiring a Product Development & Application SpecialistAt Foreverland Foods we are reinventing the future of chocolate.We create cocoa-free, planet-friendly chocolate alternatives that deliver the flavour consumers love with a radically lower environmental footprint.As Product Development & Application Specialist you will support the development and commercialization of innovative, sustainable chocolate and confectionery products.The role involveshands-on lab work, assisting with industrial application projects, contributing to NPD initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, sensory, and client expectations.?? What You'll DoConduct lab work to develop prototypes and prepare samples for client projects.Assist in the development of cocoa-free and alternative chocolate products from concept to pilot scale.Support research on ingredient functionality, sensory properties, and processing techniques to improve product quality.Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to help create products aligned with market trends and client needs.Help implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.Support project documentation, timelines, and coordination within the NPD team.Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.1–3 years of experience in food product development or industrial food applications (internships or entry-level experience considered).Basic understanding of food chemistry, processing techniques, and ingredient functionality.Experience or familiarity with the confectionery and chocolate industry is a plus.Hands-on lab skills and ability to prepare samples for client testing/projects.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and contribute to product innovation in a fast-paced environment.??
