Are you ready to bring your energy and experience in our global department?Do you enjoy cross-functional collaboration and with that, ensure our ability to deliver the right products, at the right time to more than 110 countries?This role is more than planning — it's about impact.We are looking for a passionate Demand Planning Specialist to coordinate between Sales and Supply Chain, driving excellence and innovation.ResponsibilitiesSupport all parties involved in the monthly and annual demand planning processes (sales, marketing, finance)Single point of contact between Supply Chain and Business Directors/Sales Planners on sales planning issueAnalyze sales plans and KPIs, verify and validate with the Sales Planner the assumptions behind the provided data and its reliabilityConsolidation of the global sales forecastPrepare and present demand plan, outlook and KPIs in the monthly S&OP cycle to the Management Board and provide insights on dataManage short-term demand deviations and unplanned demand requests with Supply Chain and Sales teamsProvide periodic and ad hoc reports/dashboards to local and global departmentDrive improvement of Demand Planning and Demand Control process, as well as planning capabilities of Business Directors and Sales PlannerKey User of the SAP IBP planning software for Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning, incl.system parameterization and master data managementDaily collaboration with internal departments, like Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Controlling and FinanceQualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Supply Chain ManagementSeveral years of experience with demand planning tools and forecasting techniquesExtensive understanding of business processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, BI knowledge, and SAP IBP experienceHigh ability to analyze and comprehend dataSolution-oriented, process-driven mindset and strong communication skillsFluent in English (Italian or German is a plus)Our OfferAn international company that cares about people and planetThe chance to work in an international environment and gain deep insight about different marketsEngaged, welcoming and dynamic teamsDiverse tasks with high visibility in the organizationOpportunity to understand end-to-end processes with different business models in a successful FMCG companyTraining and development opportunities through the "Loacker Academy"#J-*****-Ljbffr
