Project Engineer (Commissioning & Qualification) – HaleonJoin to apply for the Project Engineer (Commissioning & Qualification) role at Haleon.Welcome to Haleon.We're a purpose-driven, world-class consumer company putting everyday health in the hands of millions.In just three years since our launch, we've grown, evolved and are now entering an exciting new chapter – one filled with bold ambitions and enormous opportunity.Our trusted portfolio of brands – including Sensodyne®, Panadol®, Advil®, Voltaren®, Theraflu®, Otrivin®, and Centrum® – lead in resilient and growing categories.What sets us apart is our unique blend of deep human understanding and trusted science.Now it's time to fully realise the full potential of our business and our people.We do this through our Win as One strategy.It puts our purpose – to deliver better everyday health with humanity – at the heart of everything we do.It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.Brief Description Of The RoleResponsible for ensuring the qualification activities for equipment, facilities, utilities (next indicated systems) according to the regulatory guideline, corporate policy and Site procedure for commissioning and qualification, to guarantee the qualified status and the maintenance of the qualified status throughout the systems lifecycle.He/She holds oversight authority over the qualification process, being responsible for the approval of strategy documentation and reports and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements as defined in Annex 15 of EudraLex Volume 4.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervises qualification/requalification activities according to the SVMPParticipates in alignment meetings on the status of managed activitiesSupervises and/or coordinates any improvement projects in the specialist areaResponsible for the qualified status of GMP systems at the facilityHolds oversight authority over the qualification process, being responsible for the approval of strategy documentation and reports and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements as defined in Annex 15 of EudraLex Volume 4Responsible for interaction with various business functions for the organization of field activities and management of documentationManages the company spending budgetSupervises the status of qualification documentation and maintain an updated electronic archive related to the documentation availableCoordinates and is responsible for the results of the qualification team composed of internal technicians and/or consultantsIs responsible for the status of updating procedures and SOPs in their area of expertise based on updates to the company's policies or regulatory standardsSupervises and coordinates internal and/or external resources to achieve specific assigned resultsParticipates in internal and external auditing activities as well as in interviews with auditorsResponsible for communicating non-compliance found in documentation and processesResponsible for improving qualification documentation management processesParticipates in projects to implement new structures suitable for improving business flowQualifications And SkillsBachelor degree of EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in related field (Quality, Production, Engineering or Technical)Comprehensive knowledge of validation lifecycles for systemsComprehensive knowledge of GxP standardsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesHighly results oriented;
