ITALIA, Business Development Manager settore caccia.Job Position: ItalyPARDis a professional night vision and thermal imaging device manufacturer, participate in the market of infrared night vision and thermal imager for more than 15 years, which well established a full coverage sales network internationally, and was loved by many hunting enthusiasts and outdoor sports enthusiasts.In the past years, PARD is getting great positive feedback from more and more outdoor users.Thus, we aim to keep hard-working to provide more competitive products and supporting users in return.We will do our utmost to bring the best products and services to our customers.PARD Europe is the headquarter office in Europe, aiming to provide high quality customer service and enhance the brand image based on local market.Join us, you will experience the exciting growth together with the company, multicultural team atmosphere, and continuous improved feeling of self-accomplishment.We offer our greatest welcome to the people who enjoy the challenges.After 4 years of growth in the Italian market, we need to incorporate a new sales agent.Scope of DutiesDevelop hunting/outdoor market, and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys in the North / Center of Italy.Find potential business opportunities and business growth pointsApproaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with customersPresentation of the products to the potential customersSupport marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.Position PARD as the preferred product for consultants.Prepare reports required by the management.Our expectationsAt least 5 years of experience in BDM / commercial agent position in local Outdoor/Hunting market.Hunting experience or adequate shooting practiceNative-level Italian skills required .Fluent English will be a plus.Accept intensive business travelling request: 50% of the work outside with at least 20 weekends at Fairs and Events.Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural companyGreat communication skills, positive attitude, initiative, honesty, and integritySolid skills in Excel, Outlook, and related productsWhat we offerB2 B professional services contract + Contratto a durata indeterminate60k base salary and promising increase rate40kflexible working timecompany car for business and private usagebusiness telephone and computermulticultural, creative and positive atmosphere in an international company
