About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.We develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of 400+ professionals combines finance, engineering, and project development expertise across all stages of the project life cycle.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Engineer to coordinate all activities related to the identification, design, development, construction, and commissioning of grid infrastructure (transmission lines and electrical substations) necessary to connect PV and BESS projects.The role involves liaison with Transmission and Distribution System Operators, external engineering companies, development partners, and internal stakeholders in legal, business, technical development, engineering, construction, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess grid connection solutions (high and medium voltage) for large-scale renewable plants to the National Grid, including grid reinforcements and construction of new or existing HV stations and transmission lines.Identify the most economical and technical solution for each project according to schedule and feasibility.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including independent engineering consultants, for the preparation of engineering and feasibility studies.Interact with external stakeholders to discuss technical solutions and define connection agreements.Perform cost analysis and budget control for the execution of electrical works.Overall project management and collaboration with other company departments.Follow projects until withdrawal to bed (RtB), handover, and support the construction team during interconnection works.RequirementsDegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, with strong knowledge of HV and MV electrical substations and electromechanical background.Knowledge of the Italian Grid Code and the technical requirements needed to connect large-scale renewable plants to the National Grid.Ability to perform detail-oriented critical reviews of technical documentation.Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written; Spanish is a plus.Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work without supervision.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Flexibility, interdisciplinary teamwork skills, and willingness to travel when needed.Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.BenefitsPrivate health insurancePension planPaid time offWork from homeTraining and developmentPerformance bonusRestaurant ticketsSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustryIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
