As part of the team, you will ensure compliance with Group Policies, prioritize health monitoring, and deliver impactful training to promote a culture of safety across our organization.What you'll do- Identify and analyze legislative requirements for Safety and Environment.- Develop procedures and lead root cause analyses for incidents/near misses.- Conduct risk assessments and support environmental impact evaluations for new projects.- Manage EHS performance indicators, reporting, and customer EHS questionnaires.- Contribute to internal and external audits and inspections.- Organize and execute safety training programs.- Ensure compliance with health surveillance programs.- Act as the Health and Safety Officer for the Cusago SiteWhat you'll need- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Chemistry Engineering, or a related field.- 1-2 years of EHS experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.- Knowledge of EHS regulations (ISO *****, ISO *****) and Seveso normative.- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).- Excellent knowledge of Excel.- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.- Proactive, with a results-driven and collaborative approach.- Operational autonomy, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize.Where you'll workThis is an on-site opportunity.
