Responsibilities- Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience- Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently- Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services??
