A&G serves clients in Greece and internationally, maintaining a commitment to quality and innovation in every project.Role Description We are looking for a dedicated PV Electrical Site Engineer to join our team for a large-scale photovoltaic (PV) project in Rovigo, Italy . If you enjoy the pace of onsite work and are ready for an international step in your career, this role is an excellent opportunity.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering ( Other engineering degrees may also be considered) Minimum 2 years of experience on construction sites, ideally in energy or photovoltaic projectsWillingness and availability to relocate to ItalyFluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of electrical drawings, site supervision, and coordination activities Nice to Have Knowledge of Italian Previous experience in PV installationsFamiliarity with European HSE and technical standardsResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical activities for the PV projectMonitor construction progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety regulationsCollaborate closely with subcontractors, site teams, and project managersIdentify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operationsPerform quality checks during installation and commissioning phasesBenefits:Accommodation provided in ItalyCompetitive compensation packageFull support throughout the relocation processOpportunity to work on a major international renewable energy project
