In the context of the SSE International Group, we're looking for an Accounting Assistant to be included in our Accounting Team who will support the Accounting Manager in daily activities, ensuring and overseeing the correct administrative and accounting processes, in order to support the proper preparation and updating of the accounts and to ensure the preparation and closing of financial statements, including interim ones, by guaranteeing the timely recording of accounting entries.ResponsibilitiesSupport in managing the Accounts Payable cycleSupport in managing the Accounts Receivable cycleMonitoring accounts receivable invoicing for specific clientsQuarterly reconciliation of bank statementsSupport the function manager during audit reviews by the Statutory AuditorSupport activities related to preparing accounting data for interim financial statements and the annual financial statements (calculation and posting of adjustments)ProfileDiploma in Accounting or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration3 years of experience in an Administration and Finance department, with exposure to all related professional activitiesGood command of the English languageKnowledge of ERP management systemsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft ExcelThe ideal candidate also has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, adaptability, problem-solving skills.Additional QualificationsKnowledge of SAP Business One and DocFinanceSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesOil and Gas, Automation Machinery Manufacturing, and Energy TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sirio Solutions Engineering SpA (SSE SpA) by 2x.Get notified about new Accounting Assistant jobs in Greater Prato Metropolitan Area.#J-*****-Ljbffr
