Digital Transformation Project ManagerWe are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation function. The role is responsible for orchestrating successful delivery of transformation projects, involving ffective project planning, execution, and monitoring, leveraging agile methodologies and advanced analytics to maximize business value. The PM champions stakeholder management and the adoption of digital and AI-driven solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in reinventing processes and WoWs to inject new capabilities within the organization, giving valuable inputs to Product Owners, mapping implications with business stakeholders and leading change management.Your day-to-day activitiesCoordinate transformation projects (SQUAD) ensuring alignment with business objectivesDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, sprint backlogs, and reporting dashboards using agile frameworks.Monitor project KPIs, adoption metrics, and team performance, providing actionable insights.Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote ways of working within squads.Support in reinventing processes, designing activities, mapping implications on WoWs, and liaising with HR to address impacts.Collaborate with 3rd-party agencies and internal teams to maximize value and mitigate risks.Drive adoption of process transformation, defining and implementing change management plans.Champion the adoption of agile methodologies, AI and agentic tools.Relevant skills & competencies:Project & Transformation Managementability to plan, coordinate and execute projects with a focus on capability building, digital transformation, and smooth transitions through process design and risk analysis.Business Alignment & Performanceability to ensure transformation initiatives are linked to organizational goals, driving measurable outcomes, monitoring adoption, and align with business achievements.Agile Expertise & ToolsStrong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with coaching ability, supported by proficiency in project management reporting and collaboration tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).Interpersonal & Analytical SkillsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills, combined with analytical strength, learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams.Fluent English requiredThe position is based in Turin with some remote working (up to 10 days per month)In return we offer:Comprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer monthsHybrid working policy (10 days a month remote working)Company restaurant serviceAccess to our corporate gymA fast paced and dynamic international contextWhat next?Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application and if you have what we're looking for, you'll be contacted for an initialinterviewIf you make it to the short list, you'll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and if necessary, other members of the hiring panelIn some cases, you may be required to show us your skills viatechnical challenge.Who we are:Our Group was founded in Turin in ****, has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations.
