Chi siamoDal **** coltiviamo con passione i talenti con idee innovative, incentiviamo il gioco di squadra e uniamo tutto ciò a una lunga esperienza operativa e strategica basata su ricerca e sviluppo.L'entusiasmo, le idee e il dinamismo sono il nostro faro: studiamo i bisogni dei nostri clienti e li mettiamo al centro della nostra azione.Oggi accompagniamo le aziende nel loro percorso di Digital Transformation , progettando piattaforme affidabili, scalabili e ad alta disponibilità, in contesti tecnologici complessi e mission critical.Con sedi a Roma, Milano e Torino , operiamo con team altamente specializzati e utilizziamo le tecnologie più avanzate per anticipare le esigenze del mercato.Chi stiamo cercandoRicerchiamo un/una Site Reliability Engineer (Middle/Senior) con forte focus su observability, affidabilità dei sistemi e automazione .La risorsa lavorerà su servizi critici ad alta disponibilità, contribuendo a garantire uptime, performance e resilienza delle piattaforme.Requisiti principaliEsperienza in ruolo SRE, Dev Ops o Infrastructure Engineering;Ottima conoscenza di Prometheus e Grafana (custom dashboard, metriche, alerting);Esperienza con APM e Distributed Tracing (Dynatrace, Datadog);Ottime competenze di Python (advanced) e Shell/Bash scripting;Solida conoscenza di Linux internals (systemd, tuning, processi);Familiarità con cloud provider (AWS, Azure o GCP);Conoscenze di networking TCP/IP;Plus: strumenti di Incident Management (Pager Duty, Ops Genie, Jira Service Management). Attività principaliProgettazione e manutenzione dell' architettura di observability;Definizione e monitoraggio di SLI, SLO ed Error Budget;Gestione di incidenti critici e conduzione di blameless post-mortem;Sviluppo di tool e script per toil reduction e auto-remediation;Analisi dei trend di utilizzo e capacity planning;Collaborazione con team Dev, Dev Ops e Security.
