General ManagerSettore : Hotellerie | Luogo : UmbriaIl ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un/a General Manager per guidare un resort 5 stelle lusso situato a pochi chilometri da Perugia.La risorsa, a riporto gerarchico del Consiglio di Amministrazione, sarà responsabile delle performance complessive della struttura, garantendo eccellenza operativa e sviluppo continuo del team, in accordo con gli standard e gli obiettivi aziendali, rafforzando il posizionamento del resort come destinazione di riferimento nel panorama dell'ospitalità di lusso dell'Umbria.Principali responsabilitàSupervisionare tutte le operazioni del resort, assicurando i più alti standard di servizio e la coerenza con il posizionamento della struttura, in forte sinergia con le funzioni direzionali di sede (Marketing, Finance, HR).Garantire la perfetta manutenzione della struttura e degli spazi esterni, assicurando che gli investimenti siano coerenti con le aspettative degli ospiti e le priorità della proprietà.Diffondere una cultura dell'ospitalità autentica, elegante e attenta ai bisogni dell'ospite, coerente con l'identità del resort e con una clientela leisure high-end, prevalentemente adulta.Guidare e sviluppare il team, creando un ambiente di lavoro basato su rispetto, responsabilità, stabilità e senso di appartenenza, valorizzando una squadra con forte seniority e lunga permanenza in azienda.Agire come coach dei manager di linea, favorendo crescita professionale, allineamento ai valori del brand e standard qualitativi condivisi.Favorire una comunicazione fluida e una collaborazione efficace tra i reparti, assicurando coesione e orientamento agli obiettivi comuni.Garantire che i collaboratori siano coinvolti, motivati e orgogliosi di rappresentare il resort.Gestire le performance finanziarie della struttura, inclusi budget, forecast, analisi di P&L e pianificazione, con attenzione a redditività, occupazione, destagionalizzazione e valorizzazione dell'asset.Assicurare il rispetto e l'evoluzione degli standard qualitativi del resort, monitorando KPI operativi e di guest satisfaction (reputazione online, feedback ospiti, audit interni).Collaborare con la funzione Sales (interna o dedicata, in base al background del GM) e rappresentare direttamente il resort in eventi selezionati, in assenza di rappresentanti commerciali diretti.Sviluppare relazioni qualificate con il territorio e con partner locali, rafforzando l'apertura controllata della struttura anche verso una clientela esterna selezionata.RequisitiEsperienza consolidata come General Manager o Resort Manager in contesti luxury/upper-scale focalizzati su clientela leisure.Background solido, preferibilmente commerciale, con capacità di dialogare efficacemente con funzioni Sales, Marketing e Revenue e profonda conoscenza delle operazioni alberghiere.Solide competenze nella gestione del budget, del conto economico (P&L), nel forecasting e nell'ottimizzazione dei ricavi.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.Spiccate capacità relazionali e di leadership, unite a un approccio umano, etico e orientato alla costruzione di team solidi e duraturi.Forte senso di responsabilità, rispetto e integrità professionale.Località : Perugia
