We are looking for a motivated Enrollment Advisor Trainee to support the recruitment of italian students to our EF Academy International Boarding Schools in Oxford, New York, and California, based in our Milan office.Who we areWhen you join EF Academy in Milan, you will:Work in an international, dynamic, and innovative environment in our Milan officeBe part of EF's culture of entrepreneurship, learning, and empowermentGain hands-on experience in international education, admissions, and recruitmentCollaborate with colleagues across EF offices worldwide and our school campusesReceive training, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunitiesDevelop professional skills in communication, marketing, and customer engagementBuild a strong foundation for a future international career within EF or beyondWhat will you do in this role?Support the Head of Enrollment in communicating with prospective students and parentsAssist in presenting EF Academy programs and the boarding school experienceHelp prepare and support school fairs, information events, and consultationsSupport administrative and follow-up tasks within the admissions processConduct research on schools, markets, and recruitment activitiesWork closely with international teams to ensure a positive experience for familiesWhat are we looking for?Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programFluency in EnglishInterest in education, international relations, marketing, or admissionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInternational mindset; experience studying or living abroad is a plusWell-organized, proactive, and eager to learnPassion for supporting students and families with important educational decisionsIf you are motivated by gaining practical experience in international education/tourism within a global and forward-thinking organization, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your application, including your CV, in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
