Live-In Nanny - Outside Milan, ItalyAccommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom providedWorking days and hours: 5–6 days per week, 1–2 full days off (including Sunday)Salary: Please present expectationLocation: Outside Milan, ItalyOur client, a warm and busy international family living just outside Milan, is seeking an experienced, calm, and proactive Live-In Nanny to become an integral part of their household. The parents both work and travel occasionally, requiring someone reliable who can confidently act as a "proxy parent" when needed.The Children:6 school-aged children (13, 11, 10, 8, 5, and 3)Four eldest are independent and self-sufficientTwo youngest (preschool/early primary) require close supervision, bathing, and hands-on carePosition Overview:Live-in, full-time (5–6 days/week)Occasional international travel with the family (valid passport required)Use of a car for work purposes (school runs, activities, errands)Daily Responsibilities:Morning routines: assisting with breakfast, packing school bags and lunch boxes, ensuring uniforms are readySchool drop-off and pick-up when requiredAfter-school supervision: unpacking lunch boxes, overseeing homework, organising activitiesSupervising, playing with, bathing, and putting to bed the two youngest childrenOccasional light children's meal preparationKeeping children's rooms, play areas, and laundry tidyPlanning weekly schedules and activities (playdates, sports, tutors, etc.)Acting as proxy parent during parents' travel (sole charge of all 6 children for short periods)Candidate Requirements:Native or fully fluent English speaker preferred (Italian a strong bonus)Clean driving licence and confident driverLegal right to live and work in the EU (EU passport or existing Italian work permit)Calm, energetic, organised, and discreetNon-smokerFirst-aid/paediatric first-aid certification is a plusComfortable with occasional long hours and international travel
