Job DescriptionWithin the Group Chief Operating Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group AI & Automation Strategy and Business Adoption Unit, who leads the strategic integration of AI and automation across Generali Group.It defines the Group-wide strategy, identifies high-impact opportunities in core business areas such as pricing, claims, underwriting, and operations, and steers flagship programs to accelerate transformation.The unit also manages the Group roadmap and tracks the economic value generated by AI and automation initiatives.The Data & AI Business Adoption Lead acts as a strategic interface between Generali's Business Units and the Group AI & Automation Strategy and Business Adoption function.This role is pivotal in translating the Group's AI and automation strategy into tangible local initiatives, identifying high-impact opportunities, and ensuring the successful adoption of global AI assets across markets.Key responsibilitiesIdentifying and prioritizing high-impact AI & Automation use cases with Business Units, building strong business cases and clear KPIsCurating and managing the Group pipeline of initiatives, focusing on scalable, cross-market opportunitiesCollaborating with local and global teams through workshops and working sessions to shape and validate opportunitiesTracking adoption and performance of flagship programs, ensuring visibility on progress, blockers, and enablersDeveloping reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and governance bodiesPartnering with Group functions (e.g. Strategy, HR, OpEx) to integrate AI initiatives into broader transformation programsContributing to change management and community-building by sharing success stories and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or any related quantitative field3-5 years' of experience in strategy, analytics, or transformationExperience in consulting, insurance, or financial services will be considered a plusSkilled in PowerPoint/Excel; knowledge of BI tools will be considered a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent EnglishSoft skillsExcellent communicationProactive, hands-on and well organizedCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.Established in ****, Generali is present in over 50 countries in the world, with a total premium income of € 82.5 billion in ****.With around 82,000 employees serving 70 million customers, the Group has a leading position in Europe and a growing presence in Asia and Latin America.At the heart of Generali's strategy is its Lifetime Partner commitment to customers, achieved through innovative and personalised solutions, best-in-class customer experience and its digitalised global distribution capabilities.The Group has fully embedded sustainability into all strategic choices, with the aim to create value for all stakeholders while building a fairer and more resilient society.#J-*****-Ljbffr
