Laboratory EngineerA challenging opportunity to join Haier Europe's E&E Lab team, contributing to the company's growth and leadership objectives in the region.The challengeWe are seeking a proactive, self-driven individual who embodies Haier "Own It" values: Zero Distance, Agility, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem and Build Trust.The ideal candidate is a change agent who collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative, and keeps users at the center, fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.What You Will DoTest electronics for Dishwashing (DW) products and perform EMC tests.Prepare and verify board samples for DW and CK, defining testing plans and executing them in a structured manner.Lightly debug software and/or hardware on DW products.Lead pre-validation and validation on products with new power boards and related User Interface for DW, supporting CK as needed.Support development of connectivity/App/SW to ensure complete testing before IOT final validation for DW products.Drive integration, electrical, electronic and functional tests, preparing documentation and test reports for Dish products; serve as the main technical contact for EMC test campaigns on Cooking (CK) and Elba products.Support quality issues on Dish and CK.Prepare and set up product hardware, SW, and EEprom programming, primarily for Dish products.What You Need To SucceedMust haveEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent preparation/experience.Professional experience3+ years of laboratory ambient experience.LanguageFluency in Italian and English.Soft skillsProblem solvingTeam workingKnowledge of test laboratory ambient environmentsTechnical SkillsKnowledge of electronic and electromechanical components.Understanding of electronic & electrical tests, ability to read schematics, and proficient use of electronic tools; precise and accurate on documentation and test reports.Nice to haveGood knowledge of problem solving, EMC/LVD test apparatus, relevant standards, and HW/SW background.Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
