expert in gathering and forecasting demand from customers, running capacity analysis, transportation planning, inventory management, inventory health, running simulation and scenarios for leadership, and synchronizing our supply and demand over the 13-week to 52-week horizon in order to meet our customer's needs.You will lead small and medium-term planning, engage with leadership for approval, ManagementLocation: Tokyo OfficeKey Job ResponsibilitiesManage the short and medium-term capacity, inventory, transport, inventory and peak planning for the AMXL JP networkWork in partnership with operations, SCM, product teams to set optimal network plans and transportation choices to meet on-time delivery goalsDefine a vision and plan to deliver it, driving continuous delivery customer experience improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on design of new solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established quality and efficiency goalsInspect demand forecasts, capacity plans critically and challenge assumptions from business teamsPlan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for capacity management from inventory to the customers' homeUnderstand and manage supply-chain risks to minimize on-time delivery impactSupport critical relationships with internal and external business partnersInterface with external carriers and internal carrier managers to improve capacity planning accuracyProvide high-quality inputs and garner alignment with finance and leadership teams using a combination of in-person meetings, well-written data-backed documents,
