Overview The new E.ON is one of the strongest operators of European energy networks and energy-related infrastructure, as well as a provider of advanced customer solutions for more than 50 million customers.With a total of over 75,000 employees, we are represented in 15 countries.This makes us ideally positioned to help drive Europe's energy transition.By focusing on two sustainable growth areas, E.ON fully commits itself to the fundamental transformation of the energy world.As one of Europe's largest energy service providers, we will actively drive the energy transition in Italy and Europe.E.ON is a pioneer in developing new and innovative energy solutions and attracts the brightest minds in the energy sector.We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Self-Care & Engagement team and shape the digital experience of E.ON customers across the E.ON App and other digital touchpoints such as the Customer Portal (mobile and desktop).You'll design intuitive, engaging and inclusive experiences that make energy management simpler and more meaningful for both B2C and B2B customers.From login to everyday use, you'll help transform ideas into seamless digital journeys that truly empower users: at E.ON, we believe that great design has the power to change how people experience energy.ResponsibilitiesDesign compelling and user-centric interfaces for E.ON's digital products and services.Define experience patterns (flows, components, shortcuts, interfaces) ensuring a consistent and delightful user journey.Conduct UX analysis and benchmarking, staying up to date with design trends and competitor best practices.Transform complex requirements into clear, tangible design solutions, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.Communicate your design ideas through wireframes, flows, prototypes and mockups at different levels of fidelity.Validate and improve existing experiences through qualitative and quantitative feedback (e.g. funnel analysis, user interviews, usability testing).Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and brand consistency across all touchpoints.QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products or services.Fluent English (spoken and written).Advanced knowledge of Figma (or equivalent design tool).Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and Google Analytics 4 (or similar tools).Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).Previous involvement in App-based projects.Experience in the energy sector or with large organizations (= 100 employees).Strong business awareness and the ability to connect design decisions with business outcomes.ContactDo you have questions?For further information please contact Tiziano Braccini.If you are convinced that this is the next step in your career, register and apply online (Job Req ID: ******).What you need to knowContract type: Permanent.Working time: Full time.Company: E.ON Energia S.p.A.
