- Azienda operante nel settore elettrico.- R&D Manager Bassa Tensione - Provincia di BresciaAziendaL'azienda è una realtà leader nel settore elettrico e che commercializza i propri prodotti a livello internazionale.OffertaLa risorsa, riportando direttamente al Board, svolgerà le seguenti attività:- Definire e implementare la roadmap di sviluppo per i prodotti a bassa tensione.- Sviluppare nuovi concept di prodotto e migliorare le soluzioni esistenti in termini di performance, sicurezza ed efficienza.- Condurre analisi tecniche, studi di fattibilità, simulazioni e valutazioni ingegneristiche.- Gestire direttamente tutte le fasi del ciclo di sviluppo: progettazione, prototipazione, validazione, test e industrializzazione.- Collaborare in modo trasversale con le differenti BU.- Supervisione tecnica delle attività di test, conformità normativa e certificazione secondo gli standard di settore.- Monitorare evoluzioni tecnologiche, normative e competitive del mercato BT.- Redigere documentazione tecnica, report di avanzamento e specifiche di prodotto.- Interfacciarsi con partner, fornitori, enti di certificazione e - quando presente - con centri di ricerca o università.Competenze ed esperienzaA successful R&D Mechanical Manager - bassa tensione should have:- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente.- Competenze approfondite in progettazione meccanica e utilizzo di software CAD.- Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza nel settore elettrico- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).- Ottime capacità comunicative e di collaborazione.Completa l'offerta- Salary Package commisurato sulla base dell'esperienza;- Ambiente di lavoro strutturato e stimolante.- Possibilità di crescita professionale e sviluppo continuo delle competenze.Fatta eccezione per il caso in cui presenti la tua candidatura per posizioni riservate a categorie protette ai sensi della Legge ***** (nel qual caso ti chiediamo di inserire solo conferma della tua appartenenza a tali categorie, senza alcuna ulteriore informazione relativa alla salute o disabilità), la tua candidatura non deve contenere informazioni relative al tuo stato di salute, ivi inclusa l'eventuale appartenenza a una categoria protetta, in quanto non rilevanti per la valutazione della candidatura.#J-*****-Ljbffr
