Job Description Docking Planner – Maritime Industry | Genoa, ItalyOn behalf of a leading maritime company based in Genoa, Italy, we are currently seeking an experienced Docking Planner / Project Planner to join their technical team.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and performance of a growing fleet.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating dry dock planning for the company's vessels.This includes preparation, scheduling, and execution support to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost control throughout the dry / wet docking process.Key Responsibilities :Develop detailed dry dock plans and schedules for company vesselsCoordinate with internal departments and external contractors to align on requirements and timelinesMonitor progress during dry dock periods, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety, and budgetMaintain accurate records and post-docking reports to support continuous improvementContribute technical insight to project planning and risk assessmentCandidate Profile :Proven experience in project planning, ideally within a maritime or ship repair environmentA strong technical background (marine engineering, naval architecture, or similar) is preferredFamiliarity with dry dock processes and vessel maintenance operationsEffective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teamsBased in or willing to relocate to Genoa, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
