DescriptionThe Clientelling Specialist Southern Europe will be responsible to develop Clientelling culture within the assigned markets and ensure Clientelling execution in-store.With a strong understanding of clients and their needs, facilitates the achievement of business results and supports client acquisition, upselling & retention, creating long-term value for clients and the company.Clientelling Manager will play a key role in spreading the Clientelling vision, culture & approaches among all store teams in the Area.Key AccountabilitiesInspire, drive, coach and support store teams in developing a client-oriented mindset, ensuring a proper understanding and constant execution of all clientelling activities for all store teams in Spain and Portugal, collecting needs and sharing best practices, becoming the eye on the market for the Southern European HubOverall support the daily execution of the in-store Clientelling activities to drive higher customer engagement, sales, retention and client base upgradeConstant communication with the Hub to make sure to properly adhere to the given guidelines and feedback about strategy to be implemented - Translate guidelines into a detailed localized Client Animation plan to support client acquisition, upselling & retention, also leveraging on local market opportunitiesPromote the knowledge and support privileged relationship with Top Tiers Clients, developing our leadership on the local market on high end individualsEnsure that tools, action plans, and any other activities implemented by Global and Regional Client Engagement Team are well understood and implemented in storeEnsure data reliability collected in the storesCreate strong relationships with business partners like Retail, Communications, PR, Merchandising, in order partner with them to strategically plan actions that will drive growth and improve customer experienceSuggest and implement Clientelling activities relevant to the market to engage local clientsAct as a point of reference, on Clientelling, of the Store Director / Manager, In-store Clientelling ManagerSupport the implementation and attend to any local activities (Event in store, one to few gathering in store)Scout resources, accurately manage and ensure a proper allocation of the clientelling budget, monthly reporting on expendituresKey AccountabilitiesEnglish fluentPrevious experience of at least of 2/3 years in similar roles within Fashion Luxury brandsAnalytical capabilities and numeric attitudeGood organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritization in a fast-phase environmentJob TypeRegularStart DateScheduleFull timeOrganizationGuccio Gucci S.p.A.#J-*****-Ljbffr
